Notification Center is becoming a hotspot for new apps. New developers are focusing their energy on Apple’s new widget area.

As I told you before you can access your Instagram feed and check your data and Wi-Fi usage on Notification Center. Add managing your Gmail account to the list.

eMail Widget is a (duh) widget app that puts your Gmail account right on your Notification Center. it works with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch with iOS 8.0 or later.

The widget has a price tag of $1 on the App Store and enables you to interact with your email account without opening the Gmail or Apple mail app.

To use eMail Widget open the app and log in with your Gmail account. Head to Control Center and tap on the Edit button at the end to add the widget.

Now you will be able to mark as read, archive, delete and star emails right from Notification Center. All you have to do is tap on a message.

The widget is pretty basic but does the job nicely. What do you think of eMail Widget? Let me know in the coming section below.
