I would not normally write an article like this, so sorry if you find it offensive – but I think it is f***ng hilarious.
I talked to you about a new WhatsApp update for Android that brings a “Mark as unread” feature to unread messages and a reduced data option to reduce the use of mobile Internet while on the go. There is also the possibility to mute group messages (you can read my full article here).
If you have versions 2.12.194 and 2.12.197 of WhatsApp installed on your Android phone, you can finally give other people the finger.
This because the update recognizes and displays the “bird” emoji. Of course, the emoticon is not included inside WhatsApp.
Instead, you will have to copy the emoji from somewhere and paste it on to the message box inside the chatting app.
You can copy the middle finger from the emojipedia website and paste it on a WhatsApp message here.
If you don’t have it already, go on and grab the WhatsApp update APK file here. Remember to enable the Unknown Sources option in the Settings app on Android.
Now you can express your anger or discontent on WhatsApp through the emoji.
What do you think? Have you tried it? Please let me know in the comment section below.
