A GIF, or Graphics Interchange Format, expresses feelings that normal photos can’t – thanks to movement – and is shorter than a video.

If you spend a lot of time browsing for funny images on the web on your iPhone and want to keep them in one place, GIF Wallet may be the answer.

GIF Wallet is a free app that works as a “wallet” for all your GIFs, as the name of the app implies.

It comes with two GIF images preloaded, one with an overweight guy throwing folders around in an office and another of a cube coming down of a set of cube stairs.

App to store GIFs

Tap on the “+” button located on the right corner to either add a GIF from your library or paste an image from the clipboard.

That means that if you find a funny GIF while browsing the net, you can just copy and paste it to GIF Wallet to have access to all your images in one place.

The app is available for iPad, although it doesn’t offer native support. In other words, you will be stuck with a pixelated 2x version for your tablet.

GIF Wallet is completely free and requires iOS 8.1 or later. You can download it here.
