Worldview, an interactive photo app that can get you traveling around the world for free

Worldview is a simple but beautiful app that showcases photos taken by “worldwide ambassadors” on an interactive interface.

Tilt your iPhone up and down, right to left to get a good look of images shot in places like Panama, India and Venezuela.

Tap anywhere on the screen to move to the next photo, and share your favorite places on Facebook with the dedicated button on the top right.

The best thing of Worldview is that, by becoming a worldwide ambassador and submitting a photograph, you get the chance of winning a $1500 round trip to the destination of your choosing. For that to happen, your image needs to get the most stars on Worldview.

The contest takes place every Saturday, and the sponsor, The Ripple Effect, gives the winner their trip two weeks later. The contest is open to anyone in the world.

Worldview images have a star on the lower right corner, and users – including you — can tap it to express their liking. To take and submit a picture, tap on the camera button on the left side of the screen; you can add a grid and flash to your image, but no filters or effects.

With Worldview, you get to see awesome pictures from around the globe, and the opportunity to win a free trip. What do you think of Worldview? You can download the free app for iOS 7.1 or later.
