Get Michael Jackson’s album Thriller for free on the Google Play store

As pointed out by Android Police, Michael Jackson’s bestseller album is available for free on Google Play Store.

The Google Play Exclusive version of Thriller is being offered by the search giant as a US-only freebie. The album features worldwide hits like Beat It, Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’ and Thriller.

Apparently – and I say this as I haven’t tried it myself and will use this as an upfront disclaimer – people outside the US can get their hands on this and other country-restricted deals.

According to AndroidBeat, you can access the US Google Play Store with an American address and phone number (which you can get from, you know, Google,) and a prepaid debit card. The website names Entropay as their go-to virtual service.

After you get your Entropay card, all there is to do is change your Google Wallet details and wait for a couple of days until it kicks in. I guess you could start a new Google Play account with your US Entropay details and use a VPN to hide your locations to avoid a three-day wait.

Have you tried Entropay? Did the method mentioned worked for you? Please share your experience in the comment section.
