Nowadays, photos use up a lot of space. Your smartphone or tablet can get full in a matter of hours after a “photo session” in a new place.
The cloud seems like a good tool to store memories, although most of the available free services have a very reduced size cap. Today, QuickPic wants to change that.
The free Android service now gives users up to 5,000 GB of online storage. That’s 5 TB! To get the offer, you need to sign up in-app for a free account using an email and a password.
Share your QuickPic generated code with a friend. After they install the latest version of the app (188.8.131.521), you both will get 1,000 GB for free.
You can also send the app using WhatsApp, Twitter or email to four more friends, and you’ll receive 5,000 GB to store all your content in the cloud.
QuickPic’s app has a very nice and simple interface, with a slick preview of your albums and a Wi-Fi Transfer to quickly send images to your friends and family.
To install QuickPic, you will need a smartphone or tablet with Android 2.0 or later, which makes it easier for people with older devices to get the app. You can download it for free here.
What do you think of QuickPic’s offer? Do you think the size limit is too big?
