Pandora is only available in the US and has two options in store for users who don´t like radio stations with limited skips; Plus and Premium. I would like to focus on Premium, as I managed to try it outside the States on the web as well as an iPad.

Select a US city to hide your location, sign in with your Pandora account, and use your PayPal account to subscribe to the premium tier. It´s that simple, doesn´t matter the country of credit or debit card associated with your PayPal account.

Pandora offers a two-month trial that you can cancel at any time. I went to my PayPal profile to cancel the recurring charges, as the “Cancel subscription” link on Pandora´s My Account section didn´t work.
Pandora Premium is very similar to Spotify, Apple Music, and the lot, as it lets you stream any song you want. Nevertheless, I found that I was able to play a song on the web while listening to an album on my iPad, even if both devices connected to the internet.

That means you can share your account with your family and save a lot of money on your monthly bill. The downside for us abroad is that, even if you download an album for offline listening, Pandora blocks you if you’re not using a VPN app.
As a quick tip, Opera’s web browser offers the free extension DotVPN to tunnel your location to the States. You can use it to stream your favorite songs on Pandora while on your desktop or laptop computer.
